The founder of # 1 Limo Service Inc. is Mr. C. Nassor Neblett.

Mr. Neblett started his career as a cab driver. For four years, while working for a cab company, Mr. Neblett saw an opportunity for himself and for people in the Kansas City area. Thinking "win-win", Mr. Neblett believed he had more to offer the Kansas City area from a transportation services perspective than many other companies that were around at that time.

With that dream, in 1992 he founded #1 Limo Service with one limousine, offering transportation service to visitors and dignataries in the Kansas City area. Since he was a sole proprietor, Mr. Neblett had a limited coverage area. As he grew the business and his client list expanded, a Town Car was purchased. Rapid growth required a second Town Car to be purchased in 1995.

As the business continued to grow in 2001, #1 Limo Service expanded to provide limousine transportation services. Later in 2001, a third Town Car was added to the fleet.

In 2002, #1 Limo continued its pattern of growth and added a new 2000 Town Car as well as another driver. In addition, a partnership was formed with Kool Nites Limousine that made available 17 buses and 14 limousines for usage.
