The founder of # 1 Limo Service Inc. is Mr. C. Nassor Neblett.

Mr. Neblett started his career as a local cab driver. For four years, while working for a cab company, Mr. Neblett saw an opportunity in the transportation services industry and believed he had more to offer the Kansas City area than many other transportation companies that were around at that time.

With a dream and one limousine, in 1992 he founded #1 Limo Service and began offering transportation services to visitors and dignitaries in the Kansas City area. Since then the business has grown and his client list has expanded. Due to this expansion the fleet now includes a range of vehicles from Luxury cars and SUVs to stretch Limousines and buses as well as continuing to provide #1 customer service.
